By accessing and using AIVR Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AIVR Coach provides video analysis and coaching tools for sports teams and athletes. The Service includes features for uploading, analyzing, and managing video content, as well as team and player management tools.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
4a. Use of Videos for AI Training
By using the Service, you grant us permission to use videos you upload for the purpose of training and improving our AI models. All videos used for this purpose will be anonymized and will only be used internally to enhance the quality and accuracy of the Service.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, or attempts to access the Service through unauthorized means.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these terms.
